We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data
confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and this privacy
policy. As a rule, our website can be used without providing personal data.

This website does not use any cookies for marketing or analytics purposes.
No reach measurement services, no tracking and no advertising networks are embedded. Fonts are
loaded from our own server, not from third-party providers.

3. Server log files

The provider of these pages automatically collects and stores information in what are known
as server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. These are:

browser type and version
operating system used
referrer URL
host name of the accessing computer
time of the server request
IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources. It is collected on the basis of
Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically
error-free presentation and security of the website. The log files are deleted after
14 days at the latest.

4. Contact form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, the details you provide in the form,
including the contact details you enter there, will be stored by us for the purpose of
processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without
your consent.

Processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry is connected
with the performance of a contract or is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. In
all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of
enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which
you may withdraw at any time.

The data will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent, or the
purpose for storing it no longer applies. Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular
retention periods – remain unaffected.

5. Enquiries by e-mail or telephone

If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, your enquiry including all personal data arising
from it will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. The same
legal bases and periods apply as under section 4.

6. Map display (OpenStreetMap)

On the contact page we offer a map showing how to find us. The map is loaded
only after you have expressly clicked to do so. When it loads, a connection is
established to servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation (St John’s Innovation Centre, Cowley
Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom), and your IP address is transmitted in the process.
As long as you do not request the map, no transmission takes place. The legal basis is your
consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

7. SSL / TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses
SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser’s
address bar changes from “http://” to “https://”.

8. Hosting

This website is hosted with a service provider in Germany. The provider processes the server
log files described above on our behalf. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR
is in place with the provider.

You have the right at any time to:
