On a hillside overlooking the Aegean Sea, in Kiveri on the east coast of the Peloponnese, Alonia Bay is taking shape – a modern residential complex of elegant apartments with a total living area of approx. 1,970 m². Built in the same light steel construction we use for our prefabricated houses.

The location
Kiveri lies right on the water of the Argolic Gulf, surrounded by olive groves and cypresses. The mild Mediterranean climate makes it attractive all year round – for living, for holidays and for remote work.

The complex

The construction
The buildings use the SCS (Steel Construction System) – a light steel structure adapted to the climate of southern Europe and meeting EU quality standards.

- heat recovery ventilation and air conditioning planned
- prepared for photovoltaics and smart home
